7 month old feeding schedule, reflux baby question? - reflux 7 month old

My son of 7 months in 4 days and has a silent reflux, for which he has come Medicine. I am still concerened about his eating schedule. Currently, he wakes up and has a bottle, then cereal and fruit an hour later. Then nap at lunch, walking .. plays, naps, meals, and then another bottle before bedtime. From time to time to eat a bottle in the middle of the day and a 4 boxes of food. Doc. Says he is good and not stressed ounce, and while it is 10-16 ounces per day more beautiful, with solids. I am concerened B / C, some days are drinking more bottles and a few days only 1 or 2 Has anyone else had this? Thx. worried mother
