Why Do Wax Beans Spark When You Microwave Them Are Frozen String Beans Covered In A Synthetic Wax Resin? Even Organic Ones?

Are Frozen string beans covered in a synthetic wax resin? Even organic ones? - why do wax beans spark when you microwave them

When the beans cook, I have realized this film in the coating of beans. I know that tomatoes, peppers and eggplant, etc. with resin, wax coated, more organic.

I do not believe that the standards of the USDA organic vegetables can be coated with wax. Organic products are not of a petroleum product that is in a kind of food grade covered.

Buy fresh loose in the market for a farmer in the summer and the freezing of the product itself and not worry about things like protection, very few small farmers for their food with something like the product is not forced to sit in traffic or a rack of 7 to 10 days.

I can not say what has happened to me. Frozen vegetables are usually directly from the fields, the washed and frozen. No need to wax, because it keeps freezing.

Normally, only the freshest ingredients waxed.
